Yesterday I had an amazing shoot with Joey Quintero. The models were all super great, professional and really, really nice (kinda threw me off lol). There were 3 male and 3 female agency models and I got to work with everyone except one model who had to catch a flight early to another gig. Not only did I do makeup yesterday but I also did hair…and I did a pretty good job if I do say so myself, lol

Anyways, like I said in the last blog I had an event Friday night on Long Island so I ended up leaving my car at my mom’s house to take the train back to the city. After 1am, the railroad stops running until 4:39 so I stayed at mom’s because I had an hour to kill (got there at 3am) and I was exhausted. So I decided to watch TV in my mom’s living room…and why did I fall asleep and only woke up after my mom came into the Living Room at 4:24 am??? She rushed me to the train station and I made it with a few mins remaining…oh but it gets better. When the train pulled up…I was at the back and the doors didn’t open so I had to run all the way to the front and both my sandals fell off and I dropped my bag…thankfully a lady getting off the train held it open for me and I made it. I got home with only an hour to relax until I had to get ready for the shoot with Joey. For some reason once I got to the shoot I wasn’t tired even though I hadn’t sleep since Thursday night. But after the shoot, I literally couldn’t walk. I also hadn’t eaten all day so I went to a Sushi restaurant and then took my ass home. Once I got into bed I couldn’t get out!!! My legs started burning so bad and my hips locked up like I was 80 years old, lol…I didn’t get up (from 6pm last night) until today…but the upside is that I wasn’t late for my shoot and I did a “phenomenal” job according to Joey. I will get the pics from the shoot this week and as soon as I do I will post the pics here…
